Title: Not able to login into roundcube when configured with specific domain name
Post by: vigneshk on March 19, 2019, 03:07:39 AM
Hi ,

We have a iredmail server with 2 domain names , mail.theracanncorp.com and mail.theracann.solutions.
With the roundcube client of the mail server we are able to login with both domain names.

When we try to configure roundcube client on a seperate server , with mail.theracanncorp.com we are able to login and see the inbox but with mail.theracann.solutions we are able to login but getting blank page , we are not able to load the mailbox.

Roudcube version : 1.3.6

Any help is much appreciated!

If your getting a blank page there should be an error, I recommend checking the permissions on the logs directory.

There are no logs present , when i do an inspect element i get this

" the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) "

but the same server which has another domain works !

Any help would be appreciated!

Without logs I can't suggest much, what resource does it say is responding a 404?
