Title: "Login failed" but all should be fine
Post by: matley on April 04, 2010, 12:53:51 PM
I'm hoping you can give me some general assistance. I should have installed Roundcube without any problems on ISPManager using this useful guide here:

Step By Step Guide To Installing Roundcube with ISPmanager (ubuntu) - VPS.NET Forums (http://www.vps.net/forum/public-forums/tutorials-and-how-tos/1769-step-by-step-guide-to-installing-roundcube-with-ispmanager-ubuntu)

I did the SMTP and IMAP tests at the last stage of installation and it said everything was fine. I restarted Apache but when I now go to my webmail to log in with one of my email address it says "Login failed".

I'm sure it's just a simple adjustment required, but can you perhaps tell me which part needs to be amended?

Thank you for any help you can provide.
