Title: I am a spammer?

Hello!

Just while registering, using two different e-mail addresses (and just using back button in between, not re-filling the Captcha, as it was the same) I got this message: (See attachment)

I'm a spammer? I did not know. How does the forum system determine this?

Now using a different e-mail address (and user name for good measure), which worked without problem.

We use a API to check if new accounts are known spammers, I don't see your details in that database so likely the API was failing when you tried to sign up.
