Title: Error No. [0x01F4] (Don't Know What To Do)

I get:

SERVICE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE!

Error No. [0x01F4]

I look at phpmyadmin and no tables are created.

What do i do?

Fixed it :)

Just had to import mysql.initial
