Email re-created and empty but still some % full

Hello,
im running roundcube with about 500 users, all it fine but just for 2 users ive the following problems.

user1 is not able suddenly to recive email. no matter what i do, he can send email but not able to receive from any source

user2 even has no emails, the box result full at 32%, i tried to delete the and recreate the mailbox but same, still 32% full

any clue ?
