Title: timezones

Hi,
Is there a way to get the times displayed according to my selected timezone?
I have chosen gmt+1, but the times are still displayed as gmt+0.

Also, when answering a mail I am getting something like:
On 24 Dec 2006 14:19:37 -0000,

but I would prefer something like:
On 24 Dec 2006 15:19:37 ,  as my timezone is gmt+1
