Title: one-click brings up reply form
Post by: zoidberg on July 29, 2008, 02:17:47 PM
Full disclosure: first install of roundcube (0.2alpha); first post to forum; newbie alert! I sincerely hope this is not a brain-dead FAQ, but . . .

I notice that "sometimes" a single clidk on a mail in the listing jumps right to a reply to said message, but without quoting it in the overly hasty reply.

This is, as noted, from the 0.2-alpha tarball. I have the preview pane enabled, and it appears to work ok. Actually, this 'single-click' behaviour is the only thing I can find to complain about!!! Not bad for an alpha!

Best regards,

clicking on the sender of an email in the message list brings up the compose screen and enters that address as the recipient, this is not a reply but a new message to that person. Clicking on the subject will show you the message and clicking on the reply button will give you a compose screen with the original message quoted.

hope that clears up the functionality.

The doctors say the fog will eventually clear but what do they know? :)
