Title: Vacation - auto response - not working

Hi there

I’d be very grateful for some help. When I go into the vacation setting the page won’t load, neither from my iPhone nor my laptop. I get an error message. This means that I am currently stuck with an out of date auto reply which I am unable to disable or update. I’ve tried logging in and out and have cleared the cache file.

I’m not tech-savvy so any advice would be hugely appreciated.

You should contact your mail provider and ask them for help.
