Dear Admin,
I have roundcube webmail for my company. I want to use all my staffs and sales account on Microsoft Outlook. I want to know how to setting our account, incoming server and outgoing server at Microsoft Outlook?
Please help me.

logon Information
user name sales@ava-offices.com
password ********
Server Information
Account Type - IMAP
incoming mail server - mail.ava-offices.com
outgoing mail server - mail.ava-offices.com
Error - Log onto incoming mail server (IMAP): General authentication failed. None of the authentication methods supported by your IMAP server (if any) are supported on this computer.

Roundcube is IMAP client software, only web based, just like Outlook is desktop based. You need to contact your email provider for the IMAP connection details.
