Title: Mac Mail Issue

I have two users that I email. They both use Mac Mail OS 10.5.8

When they open my mail, they get promoted to enter the user name and password to my mail server repetitively. They cancel out but it just pops back up until they finally have to kill their mail program.

Any ideas?
