I'm unable to send emails now with Roundcube. It just whirls around, saying sending, but nothing happens. To send, I have to logout & log back in using Horde. It was working fine until about a week ago.

Is there anything in your error log?

I'm getting the same problem, was working fine up until yesterday. Would be grateful for some help. how would I look at the error log?
This is Roundcube webmail by the way.

The error logs are files in the logs directory
RC root/logs/
Post the data from the files in that folder.

Sorry, I cant find that folder. Your talking to a novice here.
Cheers.

In the folder that you installed RoundCube there is a folder called logs in the logs folder should be a file called errors.

I didn't have to install roundcube webmail. My host has it as one of the options I could click to view my e-mails.

I got exactly the same problem. I am lucky to find threads and discussion similar to my questions.

My problem is exactly the same as rapscallion - roundcube came as part of my host package (& I'm pretty much a novice). Is there some way to report this problem directly to roundcube support? I'm getting tired of having to logout & log back in using Horde every time I want to send an email!

Its not a RoundCube problem, its a problem with the way it is set up. You need to contact your host and tell them about the problem so they can fix it.
