Title: Can't load the help iframe on an https site

Just installed Roundcube (1.6.1) for the first time - it looks great; thanks.

Problem: the Help item doesn't work, because it attempts to load an HTTP iframe (http://docs.roundcube.net/doc/help/1.1/en_US/?_framed=1) on an HTTPS page.

This looks like a bug on line 143 of help.php. This should request the https site, not the http site; the help displays Ok with s/http/https/.
