Title: Solved: Subject is always default "Send by e-mail:"

Running ver. 1.3.6

Puzzled by this one... caught the problem after going through a full setup.  Maybe someone has seen the issue before and is able to help.  Essentially as the subject states all composed messages open with a default subject of "Send by e-mail:".  This is true with compose, reply, reply-all and forward.  I haven't used roundcube before but I doubt based on the sendmail.inc that this is working correctly.  Any help would be appreciated.

Only error I'm picking up is as follows but it seems unrelated.

?_task=mail&_action=compose&_id=15740951785b0a36f06a751:354 Resource interpreted as Document but transferred with MIME type image/gif: "https://mail.something.com/program/resources/blank.gif".

Resolved.  Appears to be a bug in the 1.3.0 offerel/primitivenotes plugin.
