Title: Use case possibility check

I have customer support agent of around 2000 people, all of them use Gmail id, I want all of their email to get synchronise into one place webmail client  and I should be able to view there email, reply, forward etc. 


All my agent will get separate panel where they can simply login into this and add there emails easily.

May be I have misunderstood but it sounds like you are saying you want 2000 people to be able to login to the same mailbox. I think you want a support/helpdesk solution not an IMAP client.

Roundcube is an IMAP client. Once configured any user with valid credentials can login and access their mailbox.
