Title: Rebuild the vacation plugin

Hi,

The vacation plugin is very old school. (https://github.com/pmuch/rcb-pfa-autoresponder (https://github.com/pmuch/rcb-pfa-autoresponder)) The style sheets do not work. I want the UI of the "edit_identity".

"edit_identity" works with iframes? I do not understand the API to create an input setting form.

I search a good modern example of a settings pluigin.

Can anyone help me?

You can enable the vacation in the new managesieve

I enabled managieseve-vacation and it's a wonderful plugin! does anybody know how to set a default test line?

I need to insert this one:

if allof (not exists ["list-help","list-unsubscribe","list-subscribe","list-owner","list-post","list-archive","list-id","Mailing-List"], not header :is "Precedence" ["list","bulk","junk"], not header :matches "To" "Multiple recipients of*")

to all users scripts, without users see it in their UI.
