please help i cant start roundcube. i will upload some photos so you can see

The unable to connect to host error most likely has to do with port 143 being blocked on your firewall.  Need to check both your router and windows firewall.

Once you make sure that port 143 is open, try again and see if it works.

Also make sure the imap service is running (listens on port 143).

thx guys but i am on Free Web Hosting with PHP, MySQL and cPanel, No Ads (http://www.000webhost.com) server and my sql data base is on it to so i dont know how to unblock firewall.
i am a newbie to, so please be understandable :)

Then you will need to check with your host.  I suggest reading through their forums or guides and see if they allow port 143.

Check the agreement for hosting.  If they don't allow you to host a mail server, then we will need to work around that.  If they do, then you may simply need to get them to open port 143 for you.

Yes, first verify that the port is open.  After that we can work through any other issues.

i have checked, my host doesn't support imap. Does anyone know good free host that has no ads, have lots of space and bandwidth and of course does support imap?

Can you use POP3?  Also make sure that your host allows it.  Incoming mail should be on port 110.  Outbound (smtp) uses port 25.
