Title: Icandy update for rc1

I edited and inserted some files to make icandy (original work by tenny - http://www.tenny.org) work for rc 1. You can download the theme under http://ingolstadt-hockey.de/index.php?act=downloads .

Hi Madde,
I really like your skin, but ì`m missing just 1 thing from the normal template. When you make a new e-mail there isn`t a box for: "Return receipt".
So I edited your template (compose.html) and added:

Alright, i took another look at your template and i found out that the search box was missing, and the first_pas / last_ pas images at the bottom right were also missing. I fixed those and reuploaded them to my website: http://www.kkwarezupload.com/uploadfile/230011

The fixed template looks great, the bcc / cc bug on opera was fixed to 8).
I only found one bug on your version (it was in my version to, but didn`t want te reupload it ::)).
If you put the image attached to this message in to your RoundCube *Root*/skins/icandyrc1/images/icons folder then the reset search button in the searchbar is activated
