Title: HTML Display issues

I have a user complaining of HTML viewing issues.  The biggest complaint seems to be coming from eBay mail.

These messages display somewhat properly in SquirrelMail but not Roundcube.  In Roundcube I just get the first image in the email and that's it.  In SquirrelMail the message displays but there appears to be some special characters that are handled that Roundcube isn't.

I'm attaching an offending message.  It looks like a special character "=07" that's causing the issue.

I have a similar problem, whereby sometimes the email will display correctly, and others display random characters or just a blank message..
For info, backend is dbMAIL. Front end is RC 0.5.2.
Any help would be most welcome.
