Title: Showing folder list so I can drag and rop
Post by: LynnMcL on August 10, 2022, 01:38:03 PM
I found this in the help: "On the left side you see a hierarchical list of all folders in your mailbox." I swear yesterday, I did see all of them, because I was able to drag and drop emails there directly. But today I do not - I just see Compose, Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Settings, Webmail Home, Dark mode, About and Logout. I have Mail selected, and I can click on the folder icon and see all my folders instead of my emails, which doesn't help for dragging and dropping either. I want to see a vertical panel with my folders, and another with my email. How did I inadvertently turn that off, and how do I turn it back on?

Thanks, Lynn

Drag and rop? Of course I meant drag and drop, but ropping sounds kind of fun. Sorry for the bad typing!

The list of folders will be hidden if the screen (window) width is too small.

Thanks so much, that is all it too, though I don't remember having the screen so wide before. Is there anything I can configure so it doesn't need so much horizontal space?
Thanks!!
