Title: Folder list is empty after upgrade

today I upgraded from svn (do that approx. every month) but today I suddently hit some sort of bug. The folderlist is not shown anymore. The area where it is supposed to be is there but there are no items in the list. if I go into the folder management, I have no problem seeing the folders.
what can cause this? I have successfully executed the mysql.update.sql and the config file should also be up to date.

I have not seen this myself but I would start with clearing my browser cache.

Failing that check the Apache error_log and try to fix any errors I saw there.

If that didn't work I would probably empty the cache in the database, not sure if folder names are even kept in there though.
