Title: send email to large number of recipents together

can roundcube be used to send email to lets say 10,000 recipents together? if yes, how?

Roundcube can technically do that although its probably not the best tool for the job. Keep in mind that a lot of mail servers also have rate limits either per hours/day so you should check what that is as well.
