Title: The user does not see in outlook the email caught in spam

Please help!

The user does not see in outlook the email caught in spam, and they are visible in roundcube web interface. If you move into the web interface rouncube from spam to the Inbox, then the user in outlook receives the email. How to fix so that emails caught in spam, and visible in Web interface roundcube was visible also in Junk in outlook?

Systems: Hmailserver + Spamassassin (JAM Software) + MS SQL + IIS + PHP.

Make sure Outlook is configured with IMAP and not POP.
