Title: Email Inbox "empty"

Hi All..need help to understand why Inbox access is not happening, with error message that "mailbox is empty" , "no messages found in this mailbox"
and also, on some attempts to enter "connection to storage server failed"
Have successfully entered Sent and Compose..
If the Inbox is too full, how can I get in to empty it ?

..although it's maybe not a query for this Roundcube forum, but more the Host, actually Tsohost/cpanel, am keen to hear if there's a software angle to my issue..ie. to know where to find details of what the emails Inbox quantity limit is, and Delete to below that amount. Thanks

You will need to contact your email provider and have them help with the problem.
