Title: Missing BCC Field
Post by: brucemon on April 13, 2013, 06:14:34 AM
I have tried a few times to send emails to regular recipients and also add bcc addresses. When I click on Add Bcc the area expands but there is no field box in which to enter the addresses. How do I fix this?
Thanks.

The index.php should be in the main RoundCube folder.

I'm using the free version. I don't see a main Roundcube folder.

Did you setup and install RoundCube or are you just using RoundCube?

Just using it. Do I need to install it? If I install it will I lose all of my emails, settings, etc.? It's pretty straightforward now. A company I previously did work for used the installed version and there were constant glitches that would occur. I don't need more headaches.

If you are just an end user you need to contact your email provider and ask them for support. Alternatively you could setup your own install of RoundCube if you have your own webspace that meets all of the requirements http://trac.roundcube.net/wiki/Howto_Requirements
