The forum has been updated to use version 3.7.3 PL 1.  With the 3.7.3 release, users can't use their username as part of the password.  If your current password has your username in it, you will be asked to create a new password upon log in.

That caught me out LOL, i thought something had gone wrong like me being banned until i read the message lol
