Title: Central theme repository
Post by: trolley on June 27, 2006, 10:25:38 AM
Is there a central location where themes are available, or do theme developers just post links to their creations in this forum?

Right now, it's just links and attachments. But I'm working on getting something together for a theme repository.

I remember there were at least 4 themes posted here. They weren't great, but would give a new look to RoundCube.

But the one I'm waiting for is the OS X Tiger theme! :D

Same here, that Tiger preview looked awesome.
And another vote for a central repository.

I think a central addons to roundcube repository would be good. which inlcudes themes, icons, addons and language packs.

Yes Yes... I'm working on it.... it's just that I was supposed to work 16 hours yesterday, and started at 7am, was supposed to be off at 11pm, and got held over. So I couldn't wake up early today to do it.

I should have time to complete it on or about Thursday. It's not that far away from completion. Just a few styling issues, then to double check the queries.

If you haven't noticed, there is a new section. It's called "Downloads". In it there are three categories: Languages, Plug-Ins, Skins & Themes. That's basically what each "add-on" should fall into. I do have an idea for they will get added though.

So just hold on, for just a few more days... I promise.... you won't be let down ;)

Darn.... didn't get to it today. But I did put the finishing touches on the backup script. It should be effective starting in the next hour. :) ;)

No worries with that though. It's all encrypted. Depending upon how well it works, I'll post about it tomorrow some time.

So the download section is the next piece to go up. But still, shouldn't take too long. Mainly aesthetics as well as some small code :)
