Title: received email subject appears as without subject

hi

I have a problem with some accounts and some emails, when I receive an email from the inbox, the subject is displayed correctly, but when I open the mail, the subject appears as an issue and the content of the mail is blank.
The problem is erratic

is there anything in the roundcube error log?
