suddenly I can't send or receive any emails from all registered mails and I get this message "An error occurred Connection Error (Failed to reach the server)!

You need to contact your email provider about this issue. Roundcube is an open source web based IMAP client. You have described a server issue and so you need to contact who ever is responsible for that server.
