Title: Managesieve plugin does not work anymore

Dear Community,

after deinstallation roundcube, I didn't do this on purpose, and reinstallation, managesieve doesn't work furthermore.
Dovecot and Sieve are running and working as expected. Mails will be sorted into the right folder. But, I can not see in Roundcube unter settings any filters.
It seems the plugin will not be loaded.

Here is my configuration:

Port 4190 is listening, dovecot is running there. But managesieve does not connect.
Can you help me.
