Title: Emails not showing up on roundcube

Hi everyone,

I have had a problem since the weekend since we changed servers at work. Roundcube is no longer showing me any of the emails that have come in at the office. Only a few show up - the ones that I've caught here when the computers at the office are off (after 5pm).

How do I reconfigure things so I can see all the incoming and outgoing mail again, including the ones sent at the office.

Just to clarify I share an email address with another colleague and usually I can see all the emails we both send and receive at any time.

We have IMAP accounts at work and have reset ports etc since the server change so all is working ok in the office.
I get my round cube emails online at ourwebaddress/webmail I do not download them onto an application like outlook.

So all email clients involved are Roundcube webmail? Did anyone create a new folder that your local Roundcube is not subscribed to?
