mail list by date sort and mail content decode problem

hi

in my 0.2stable

mail list by date sort is ok
but mail subject and content (without encode) not decode by default_language

mail list by date sort have a little error
mail subject (without encode)  decode  is right by default_language setting
but mail content (without encode) not decode by default_language setting

mail list by date sort have wrong (in the same day still wrong)

hope default_language setting can with user language setting

or  in mail (preview) pane can select to chenage other language by hand

and when reply the mail can use the language to encode the mail (not only utf-8 ,not everyone can read utf-8 mail correctly)
