Title: Display To: header in message list?

Is it possible to display the To: Full Name header info in the Inbox message list in Roundcube?

Is it possible to modify roundcube to do so via third party add on?

Depends on the version you are using. In recent versions you can select the columns by clicking the View Options icon. See attached.
