Hi,
Why are our emails not forwarding? I have set up a forwarder to a gmail address but it's not being forwarded!
Please advise. Thank you

Email forwards are not part of Roundcube, if your setting up forwarding though the Roundcube UI then its a plugin that most likely isn't configured correctly.

i reset the forwarder and now it is working.
where do i check the plugin settings?

It depend on what plugin your using. If your using a system that you didn't setup you should contact the person who manages the system.
