Title: Access Userlist

Maybe no problem add to RC Access Userlist, example:

I can give or take permision for my users on serwer to use RC webmail like hosts.allow system
simple file with username can use RC
other user can't login to RC,
Is insecure when people using company mailbox in home or other places
That would be nice to have this

Well I am do't think that that need to be a part of roundcube, as an addon, maybe ;)
