I'm annoyed with "Can't connect to the server error" on roundcude email kindly help me to resolve the issue.

That is a very generic error please could you provide some context? Is it the IMAP server or database server you cannot connect to? Are there any more details in the Roundcube error log? What version of Roundcube are you running?
