Hi all, I am new to the forum although I have been following the development of rc for the last couple of years...
I would like to create some new themes and was wondering if somebody had already put in the groundwork and made a guide for doing so?
I am sure that with a lot of head scratching and a few spare hours (don't have that many just now!) I could work out the structure etc, but there is no point if someone else has already documented it.
