Title: How to enable address group support in latest SVN?

I've got a testbed SVN install currently up to date at 3442. I see there should be beginning support (incomplete) for address groups in this version. I did the update to the database schema (mysql), but see no way to create groups in my install. Is there anything else I should do to enable this for testing?

adding a group is in left bottom corner in column groups in address book view. in this version there is no possibility to delete groups...
