I am not receiving some emails from various persons/companies. They mostly seem to be password reset, confirm this account links, etc.
It is happening on every user we have and we are missing some important notifications.
I am not super tech savvy and did not set this account up but the "junk" mail box is always empty. We are a small family business with no IT so any help would be appreciated.
Can anyone give me direction?

I would suggest contacting your email provider and asking them for support. There is most likely a spam filter that is stopping the email from being delivered.
