we would like to set default webmail interface is roundcube in cpanel
how is it possible?

I am guessing you are using a webhosting service that uses cPanel and also has a couple of default webmail applications (Horde? SquirrelMail?). Unless your host adds Roundcube then you can't select it in cpanel. Just install the program into a folder called email on your server and direct email users to http://www.yourdomain.com/email
