Title: attachments are empty when sent from roundcube

windows 2003 iis php 5.2.0

I am getting this error in php error log:
[22-Apr-2007 15:01:34] PHP Warning: filesize() [function.filesize]: stat failed for C:\WINNT\TEMP\rcm226.tmp in D:\Inetpub\roundcube\program\lib\Mail\mime.php on line 373

upload temp is specified as upload_tmp_dir d:\php\uploadtemp

not sure why it is trying to use C:\WINNT\TEMP\

any ideas
