Title: Insert into cc from address book

Hi,
Just install the latest release and wonder how to insert address into Cc and Bcc from address book.
Also wonder how to configure to input username only at login instead the whole email address.
Thanks a million.
PS, My Empty function doesn't wok (it's not light up and clickable). Please, tell me what wrong with it and how to fix it.

Already took care of short username instead long email address at login, but stil wonder how to insert into cc and bcc from address book, and also how to make Empty folder work? Anyone has any idea?
