I am a new user to Roundcube Webmail. I wonder whether there is a spell check out there that works with Roundcube. It does seem to want to do spell check but it does not provide suggestion or a way of correcting the misspelled word.

Spell check is built into Roundcube, what version of Roundcube are you using?

Thanks for responding. I will have have to check again for the version. I do know it is 1.xx but not the very latest. It was downloaded and installed about 4 weeks now.
Yes it does seem to have dictionary because when I try to send an email it kind of spell check but does not prompt to correct or offer suggestion and when you click again, the email will go.
Thanks

There are several spell checking engines available in Roundcube
googie - the default, requires that your PHP installation has OpenSSL support
pspell - requires the PHP Pspell module and aspell installed
enchant - requires the PHP Enchant module
atd - install your own After the Deadline server or check with the people at http://www.afterthedeadline.com before using their API
