Is this a commercial edition of RoundCube? Or it is just a commercial software based on RoundCube?

I can't read chinese so I'm not sure exactly whats being said but there is no commercial edition of RoundCube.

The company said they have developed thier own web mail system, but I had noticed it is as same as RoundCube.
My boss ask me to confirm the license issue before we pay for it.

So, I'm confused!
If there were no commercial edition, we would not pay any more to this company.

There is definitely no commercial edition of RoundCube and if they are selling it to you under a commercial licence that is not GPL v3+ compatible they are violating the RoundCube's licence.
