Title: Change of password takes time to effect or apply immediately,there is sync delay

Hi,

Currently using: qmailadmin 1.2.16, vpopmail 5.4.33 and Roundcube Webmail 1.4.2 on CentOS 6

Issue: When I change/reset the password it does not apply immediately, it takes 15-20 mins to take effect, after changing/reset the password when I try to log-in it does not work, I have to wait for 15-20mins to log-in, I think there is a sync issue with RoundCube, Qmailadmin & vpopmail.

I am not able to pinpoint the issue, any help on this would be helpful.
