Title: I wish to have a second idenity; option not found

1.  At "Identities" the one is seen.  There is no button for "New Identity"

2.  Is it possible to have two copies of RC running with separate email addresses?

you should talk to however is responsible for your roundcube installation. if that's you then see the `identities_level` setting in your config file.

as for your second question, please be more specific
