Hi, I know that this question has already been asked but they are old posts and I would like to know if anything has changed. Is it possible to use a profile picture for my roundcube email account? Thanks!

not out of the box. ther is no such thing in the IMAP protocol. if you run some kind of profile server then may be you could make a plugin which does what you want.

if all you want is to put pictures that only you can see then you can attach those pictures to contacts in your address book. for anything else you'll need a plugin. here are a couple of examples https://plugins.roundcube.net/search/?tags=photo
