Title: Unable to access our webmail server

Hi

We have a Roundcube service and it appears the service provider has gone out of business. We can not reach them at all and we can not access our emails via the usual site. Our payment is up to date for the service provider so that is not the problem.
I have found a work around that has given me access however all of our data bases have disappeared. Is there another way to access this information please? Hundreds of hours of work gone.

Since Roundcube is just webmail software there isn't anything that can be done by the Roundcube team. You'll need to see if you can track down the business and see if they can provide a backup.
