Title: Resource hog?

Hi, I've installed roundcube but my hosting tells me that its using a lot of resources..
I think its mainly due to ajax?
What can I do to prevent roundcube from using a lot of resources?

change refresh time?

The most resource consuming part of RoundCube is the attachment handling when attaching large files.
