Dear all,
the task seems to be beyond my abilities. I use the Mail app, I enter all the required settings as advised by Webmail. In Mail I get 'unable to verify...' and on cPanel I get 'IP blocked' and I look at IP blocker 'no IPs are being blocked'
What am I missing?

Ask your email provider for support, this is not a Roundcube issue. Roudcube is an IMAP client like the Mail app on your phone but web based.
