Title: Use old default skin (v. rc 0.4.2) in RC 0.7.2
Post by: fjmayoral on May 05, 2012, 01:23:06 PM
Hi,

Recently I updated RC from 0.4.2 to 0.7.2.

I always have the default skin but i change colours, etc, if I put my default skin in RC 0.7.2 and delete the new default skin, i can have problems? I tested it and is all ok,

Thanks,

Regards

Isn't easier to name your skin anything other than default? and then set it as the "default" skin in .../config/main.inc.php

Yes, I try it, but the older default skin (0.4.2) is compatible with the new round cube version (0.7.2.)? I tested it and i don't have problems,

Thanks,

i'm not sure that it will work. there have been many many changes in rc between 0.4 and 0.7. one common problem that springs to mind (though i dont remember when it changed) was to do with adding attachments when composing mail. the process for this changed and out of date skins could not attach files any more.
